This is a four-month immersion designed to bring you back into harmony with your truest self—body, breath, soul, and the living Earth.
Together, we’ll awaken the frequency of coherence in your being so you can move through life with clarity, presence, and power. You’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and begin living from a grounded sense of knowing—where decisions flow with ease, your energy is no longer drained by old patterns, and your presence becomes a healing force in every room you enter.
Through frequency healing, intuitive guidance, and personalized soul work, you’ll shed outdated stories and align with the deeper truth of who you are.

For those called to begin with sacred plant medicine, I offer a private ceremonial journey to open our work together. This is optional and fully guided in alignment with your body, readiness, and intention.

If you’re feeling called to this work but prefer a single, concentrated experience, I also offer private 1:1 retreats—custom 2–4 day immersions designed to meet you where you are.
These retreats may include somatic release, energetic attunement, frequency healing, sound work, and—when aligned—sacred plant medicine. They can take place in-person, either with you or at a sacred space I offer.
This is a powerful way to reconnect, reset, and remember.
