Breath is vital life energy and the most basic building block of our daily experience. Breathwork helps access a direct channel to our creative instincts and inner wisdom through the practice of intentional inhaling and exhaling.

Not all techniques are the same. I will use a combination of breathing and sound tuning to guide the class through an experience that is gentle and spacious, while helping to open your creative center.
